Following the initial analysis that determined the approach, the design phase consisted of 3 key milestones:
An initial design was created in Miro that defined the branching logic.
A detailed design was documented via a storyboard created in PowerPoint.
An initial prototype was then created in Articulate Storyline that was further elaborated following review and feedback.
Purpose: Improve project profitability through improved understanding and application of forecasting and tracking practices.
Approach: Narrated, interactive training that covers the principles of cost tracking and forecasting.
Tools: Adobe Captivate.
Purpose: This short video describes various ways in which different approaches were applied to support learning needs in support of a global corporation's Project Management capability. All solutions were required to be built using existing non-specialist tools.
Approach: Various. Microlearning, Progressive Differentiation, Experiential, Multi-method.
